It is only a small company therefore everything is customer focused in order to ensure happy buyers. Not only is the house extremely well designed with the homeowner in mind but the ‘extras’ supplied as a standard are a very practical addition.
Our previous house was also a new build from a large National building company but a totally different experience. The only reason these large companies build houses is to make money and the customer is a complete afterthought. Their contractors were not local, different faces each time we had any issues and absolutely no pride in the job. Whereas G. P.
