We recently purchased a bungalow  on the Dawnay Park site, the build quality and internal finishes are superb. The bungalow needed to have some adaptations made inside and out due to mobility issues. Harry, Taff and the team done an excellent job  making all areas inside and out accessible  we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

Superb high specification property and excellent build quality. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry, Emma & the team making sure everything was just right and pulling out all the stops to get us into our forever home on the agreed date. Now 6 months, any teething issues have been quickly resolved. 5* service; cannot recommend highly enough…

It is only a small company therefore everything is customer focused in order to ensure happy buyers.  Not only is the house extremely well designed with the homeowner in mind but the ‘extras’ supplied as a standard are a very practical addition.

Our previous house was also a new build from a large National building company but a totally different experience. The only reason these large companies build houses is to make money and the customer is a complete afterthought.  Their contractors were not local, different faces each time we had any issues and absolutely no pride in the job. Whereas G. P. Atkin’s contractors are local, professional, friendly and go the extra mile on every occasion.
